Okay, first off, it is a very lovey picture.

It has great lighting and focus. The colors are fantastic, and I love the bokeh in the background!

However, the composition is not very desirable because it does not follow the Rule of Thirds. Setting it slightly off center would easily fix this and make it more eye appealing.

There is a bit of overexposure, but it is artfully added and is not distracting. Nicely done.

You got low points on originally because is it cliché. Macro photos of items inside tiny cork-topped bottles are really common.

Overall, though, it is a great picture!
